Thank you! this kind of lighting is not available in the current script set that comes with the program, it's a raytracer mod of mine. I'll release a pack with my scripts soon, but if you have some programming abilities it's basically a programmer's tool for GPU renderings, not only limited to fractals.
Thanks! Original render was 3000 x 2100 and taked only a few minutes. Consider this was rendered by the GPU, rendering times are usually shorter, but my volumetric lighting script is brute-force, so it's slow.
That's still not that bad. I know volumetric lighting can take a long time on the CPU. But GPU rendering rocks, I feel like our 3D rendering is turning into game engines, becoming real time. And very cool that you write your own scripts
